日式肉扒


和大叔跟着食谱做了这道日式肉扒
 

起初看到腌制的材料
心想:会好吃吗?
岂知做出来,好吃到流泪
真的有日式的味道

材料:1 个洋葱切碎、4片肉扒,每片约1cm
腌料:2大匙水、1小匙盐、1/2小匙麻油、一大匙粟粉
调味料:3大匙生抽、1小匙糖、1大匙绍兴酒

做法:
1)肉扒用刀背拍松,加入腌料腌30分钟
2)烧热油把肉扒煎至两面金黄,捞起沥干油分
3)留1大匙油炒香洋葱,加入调味料煮滚,再加入肉扒兜匀即可

    1 onion,peeled and shredded
    4 pork chops, abt 1cm thick

    Marinade:
    2 tbsp water, 0.5 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp cornstarch

    Seasoning:
    3 tbsp light soya sauce, 3 tbsp water, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp shaoxing wine

    Method:
    1)pound pork chop with back of knife. Marinade all over, leave for 30 mins.
    2)Pan-fry pork chops until golden brown. Dish and drain.
    3)Leave 1 tbsp oil in wok, saute onion until aromatic, add seasoning until boil. Add porkchops and stirfry til well coated.
