miso味噌煎鸡排
材料只有去骨鸡腿肉和味噌
用味噌腌鸡肉大约1小时
然后用慢火煎20分钟即可
稍嫌酱汁少了点儿
可以加多点儿水和味噌
配上水煮马铃薯和苋菜汤
花费每人大约$3
经济实惠又营养均衡呢~!
